Product (a rug) was lovely, and delivery was quick. However, after sales service was not helpful - the rug was a very different colour from what was displayed and stated as the colour. but this was not regarded as a 'fault '. Return had to be paid for (very expensive) and there was no process for this other than sorting out a courier yourself - tricky to take a large heavy rug toa depot in the back of a small car! Return had to be within 7 days, also tricky when working 5 days a week. None of this was made clear online during the purchase sequence. Compare this to John Lewis who allow 90 days and all returns are free, with a collection service. I would buy another rug from Rugseller but would be very cautious. I am now stuck with a rug that isn't the colour I was expecting, because the cost of returning is prohibitive and I have exceeded the 7 days.
