I needed the rug urgently and the Rug Seller didn't let me down but the internet colour did, it looked like the rug I already had but when it came it was grey not chestnut but as I needed it for a dog who had had major surgery and didn't want her to slip I couldn't send it back. Such a shame but cannot fault the rug itself.
