Rug is excellent. My only - minor - issue is that I requested that it be delivered on a Saturday morning and agreed to pay an additional £20 for this. However, before I was advised of the delivery date, I returned home from work on Monday (19th) to find the rug left outside my door. Seems odd that I decided to pay (and I assume I was charged?) for a Saturday delivery only for the delivery to take place when no one was at home on a Monday. Not a major issue, however, the rug is good. Thank you.
