The only comment I have is the courier firm who delivered my rug, I had to take annual leave from my job and stayed in all day until 6pm waiting for the delivery. It would have been helpful if an expected delivery time could have been given i.e. morning or afternoon. I feel that I wasted a days holiday which is rather annoying.
