Although I am very happy with my new rug I had some poor dealings with the sales director. I have purchased several rugs from The Rugseller and only asked if there was any chance of a discount code. I received very rude replies from the sales director.
However, I did purchase again as I am certain there are some decent people who work for the rugseller and value my custom.
