Overall they were very efficient and helpful. The only problem was that they chose UKmail as couriers. We waited in for the designated delivery day but the rug didn't arrive. UKmail insisted that it was on the van for delivery the next day. We waited in. It didn't materialise. It was finally delivered by a different carrier some 5 days after the designated delivery date. Not the fault of The Rug Seller and they did all they could to sort it out. I would use them again as long as they used a different carrier.
