very efficiently dealt with, delivered quickly and excellent value for money we now have to see how it wears. The only downside is it keeps hold of the dog hairs and the dog hairs prove difficult to hoover up even with an animal quality vacuum cleaner but this is a minor issue even with 5 dogs. So on the whole very happy.
