I have no complaints over the order and dispatch process, however the rugseller's aftersale service has so far left a lot to be desired. On receipt of our rug we immediately notified the rug seller of a defect by e mail to which I received no response. I followed up with a call and was asked to email photos of the defect, which I did and again received no response. Again I followed up with a call only to be challenged on our reason for wishing to return the rug. I made another call later that day and was promised the matter would be resolved and I would receive a call later that day to confirm the details. No surprise, I did not receive that call And I now find myself the other side of the weekend still waiting to hear from the rug seller. All we want is to exchange a rug, is that so difficult?
