The rug I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive it then was left outside in the rain by the courier and the packaging was torn on the corner causing the mat I ordered to get wet (looked like the package a
Had been dragged along a wall or something corse) the mat once I got it out and dried off then malted fluff for days and days even after hoovering it as a result now looks less dense than it should do. Overall not great service and not a great product wont be ordering from the rug seller again unfortunatly.
