Sales and delivery speed were good and the product is of high quality. It looks lovely in our new bathroom. one of the reasons I choose this rug is the high use of recycled ♽ material from plastic bottles and bamboo. I was therefor disappointed to see the amount of plastic packaging and ties used for the parcel. I guess the same packaging gets used for every rug but these are of a different weight and size than most of your rugs. They could have a been put together for a start.
