The rug I bought was of excellent quality, but it was not the colour described on the Rugseller website, nor was it the same as displayed in the online images. This actually contravenes the Sale of Goods Act and thus I had no contract with the Rugseller. But although I got a full refund of the purchase price, the Rugseller have refused to refund my return postage cost. The online purchase process is very poorly designed, and so I did not know that returns would be charged. Despite many emails to try to reach at least a compromise, I have had to pay £52 to return the rug. Not good customer service. I will not buy form this retailer again and I would anyone against using the Rugseller unless they are prepared to pay returns in full, even if there is a genuine issue with the product
