My observation is about the delivery of my rug. It was due to be delivered on the 25th Feb but upon checking on line I saw that it was not now due until the 26th. I waited in all day, still no rug although a response to my e mail enquiry stated that it had been delivered. Again I waited in on the 27th and sent you an E mail asking where my rug was at about 17.00, to which I have not had a reply? The rug in fact arrived at about 17.30. Needless to say there had been no telephone call from the delivery company that morning to advise me of the hour slot that I could expect delivery.
