Nice friendly staff on telephone lines.
Sadly, the wrong rug was dispatched to me, (rug was also damaged) and l have waited in on two separate Friday's where its collection for return, was booked but did not happen. (Also a Monday and a Saturday).
Maybe l will have to contact paypal to resolve this problem.
Fed up and disappointed.
