I have only given a "good" rating because although the Rugseller was excellent the delivery service by Ukmail was abysmal. Waited in two mornings as delivery promise by text and tracking but eventually had to phone. We believe they hadn't even bothered to try and deliver as we don't have a street name. BUT we do have a post code and we had to asked if they had Sat Nav in their vehicles and of course they do but just to lazy to use it. Ukmail is the only delivery service that couldn't or wouldn't find us. Needless to say we had to go and pick the rug up from their depot....most inconvenient and totally unsatisfactory.
