First purchased a rug which when arrived was nothing like in the picture on the website. When I contacted the rug seller they said computer screens are different and they try to be accurate with their pictures. But the difference was immense: the rug had cream background in the photo and pastel abstract pattern, but actually was very dark bottle green - awful colour. I was offered a choice of courriers to return the rug from Parcel2Go website, but had to pay for postage because I received a correct item. I then ordered a plain carpet instead in ivory which looks good in the spare room.
