The website gave a true representation of the colours in the rug and I was pleased with the purchase. However there was a delay between ordering the rug and its arrival when the order (and my money) disappeared into a dark hole! The rug did arrive within the time frame set by the delivery company. As I hadn't used this company before I would have been reassured to have had more current information.
