I resent the fact that I have to pay for the return of the rug, as it is an exchange!!!! I have dealt with your company and have received good service but the cost of returning the rug £28!! is a little on the steep side. If I was just returning your rug without ordering another on then to pay is understandable, but a return???? ridiculous! although I love the quality of the rugs and the service I have received, I will have to look elsewhere for free returns in future!!!!! thank you Sharon bodman
