Whilst the rug seller service was ok unfortunately they partner with a carrier that is less than competent. Our rug was delivered 15 days after being dispatched and travelling up and down the country several times before being delivered which took a lot of chasing, time and effort to get answers and find out what was going on.
The rug itself is lovely and exactly what we wanted, the website was also easy to use.
