The rug itself (Cascade) was excellent. Unfortunately the anti-slip backing was not delivered. I called and was told it had been left on the van and would be delivered the next day. Which it wasn't. Then I called again and was told it would be delivered the following Monday morning. It came Monday afternoon. Quite annoying! Having said this, I would order from here again as the rugs themselves are fine - just be aware that delivery times may be unreliable!
