Ordered a rug for a Saturday AM delivery, but it didn't arrive when I asked why they said the following:
We do state in the terms and conditions deliveries can take 1-10 working days. Saturday delivery does not necessarily mean the closest Saturday to when the order was placed. If we have to have orders transferred from another of our locations this can add a few days onto delivery.
It came the following Saturday, so I had to wait a lot longer than what I thought and for the extra money it's not worth it.
Otherwise the rug was great.
