My initial experience with Rugseller was excellent, the ordering and delivery of the two rugs was quick and straightforward. Unfortunately one of the rugs was faulty. Rugseller agreed to replace the rug and gave me Friday 1st May as delivery day. Having stayed in all day Friday and Saturday the rug was not delivered but at 2.15pm on Friday a courier came and collected the faulty rug. He did not have the replacement rug or a return label for the rug he was collecting. I do not feel I can give a star rating because of the two experiences. Order no. 03Rugs194176
