The doormats were in stock only with the Rug Seller Ltd And at a good price, so that was a plus, and delivery was free. Great. However, there was such a long wait for these mats to arrive - many weeks! I had to send prompting emails twice just to be sure my order was still in hand. This would have been more acceptable if they had communicated with me about the delay.
