Whilst the customer service side of my experience with The Rug Seller was positive, the product (Buddy Rug runner) is not so good. The rug looks great and feels great under foot, but it slips dreadfully! We have it on carpet and just one walk on it will send it off on an angle, which in a hallway is very noticeable. The product information on The Rug Sellers site does state that it is non slip. Perhaps it is on a wood, laminate or a tiled floor, but it certainly isn't on carpet. Had a have known this I would not have purchased it as I find myself re aligning it several times a day. Annoying to say the least.
