I am unable to write a comprehensive review of Rug Seller based on ONE purchase from them. But, having had difficulty with their website, I contacted them by telephone and the gent I spoke to was quickly able to resolve the problem I was having with ordering a non-standard dimension of sticky underlay. That problem was related to payment, and he was also able to to address the non-standard dimension of the underlay. So, with one telephone call, I was able to order the non-standard size of underlay and have its payment settled for both Rug Seller and myself. My order arrived three days later and was installed the following day. I only have a small problem remaining: the rug which is the top layer of the rug. underlay, carpet sandwich, is not held in place completely, I suspect because I had not hoovered the carpet adequately before laying the sticky underlay on it.
