Hello I made a purchase a few months ago and I had ordered for a wedding. I had the letters in the boxes to keep them in perfect condition. The product upon opening is a TERRIBLE looking PRODUCT. These letter really are RUSTY and have rust dust all over them, they look TERRIBLE in any decent lighting. I couldn't even put them on the job I bought them for they are SO EMBARRASSING LOOKING !!! I had 3 DJ friends who wanted to purchase the letters but after they saw how HORRIBLE they look, they would NEVER purchase. This company should be ASHAMED of this product and at the price you charge. I would NEVER want someone who works hard for their money to be RIPPED OFF with your TERRIBLE letters !!! Anthony R.
