“Terrible service terrible company. Avoid at all cost”

“I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience with The Rusty Marquee. My order was placed on December 11, 2023, and I was promised delivery by December 15, 2023. However, despite my repeated attempts to communicate with your team, I have not received the product nor any form of communication regarding the delay or status of my order. As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability from the companies I choose to do business with. Sadly, The Rusty Marquee has failed to deliver on both fronts. This experience has been both frustrating and concerning, especially considering the amount of money I have paid for the product. I want to make it clear that I will not be recommending The Rusty Marquee to anyone based on this experience. I hope that your team can rectify this situation by providing me with an update on the status of my order or by offering a resolution.”

“Hello I made a purchase a few months ago and I had ordered for a wedding. I had the letters in the boxes to keep them in perfect condition. The product upon opening is a TERRIBLE looking PRODUCT. These letter really are RUSTY and have rust dust all over them, they look TERRIBLE in any decent lighting. I couldn't even put them on the job I bought them for they are SO EMBARRASSING LOOKING !!! I had 3 DJ friends who wanted to purchase the letters but after they saw how HORRIBLE they look, they would NEVER purchase. This company should be ASHAMED of this product and at the price you charge. I would NEVER want someone who works hard for their money to be RIPPED OFF with your TERRIBLE letters !!! Anthony R.”
