They offer access to a range of auction houses throughout the world. They also have a good search facility. They are not responsible for delivery or indeed anything else respecting the lots you bid for and buy - that is between you and the auction house. It has made buying at auction so easy during lockdown. A small commission is charged on lots won which is well worth it. I have bought 100+ lots through Saleroom.
