Some of the negative reviews are hard to understand, as I have never had a single problem. Fees in relation to online bidding are stated on each Auction House home page and usually stated by auctioneer at the beginning of each auction. Don't see why this should be a problem, assuming you can add up. I have purchased dozens of items over many years and never experience a problem settling accounts for lots won. I isn't the cheapest way to buy but the Saleroom platform works fine for me.
