There was a problem with the timely shipping of my item. It was 7 days from the time of label creation until the item reached the US Post Office at their shipping location. Their staff refused to answer my clear and direct question on the shipping, gave me demonstrable wrong information twice and the upper level employee I dealt with was arrogant and non responsive. The USPS service was adequate once they received the package. The problem was with Supply Cache. Additionally, their shipping charges were inordinately high as was the item pricing. I should have shopped more carefully to begin with. If you have other alternatives I would recommend you use them rather than Supply Cache.
