Sent an inquiry about a specific pair of boots that showed were “in stock” but it did not indicate which sizes. Received an email back letting me know that specific size would be back in stock by a certain date to go ahead and order so as to have my order be a place holder. The supposed ship date came and went (well over a month) and decided to give it a few more days. No response from SC, so I sent an email asking about the status. Received a response that blamed supply from the manufacturer. After a brief exchange a day later I received another response stating that ONE pair was to be here but that they were not sure who ordered this specific pair of boots first. Me or another customer (how do you not know???) Being extremely frustrated at their poor inventory management I left the ultimatum at if this order doesn’t ship within 48 hours to just cancel my order. I never received a response, instead five days later my order was finally canceled and refunded and I got a what appeared to be an automated message stating that my order was canceled and my money was refunded. Thanks for leaving my high and dry! This is the third and last time I’ve had issues with orders from them, so of course I have to add the obligatory Supplycache will never receive any more of my business, nor referral. This experience was enough to ruin my further support for them for good.
