The inventory of fire gear is great, the prices seem competitive, but the shipping department really needs work. I got no delivery time notice after 2 weeks I called and asked why. They told me that one item was back-ordered and were holding up the whole shipment because of one item. They should immediately ship what they have, and then send a second shipment with any back-ordered items...not try to shave their shipping costs.
