Phenomenal customer service. I was called up to go out to the Dixie fire in California on extremely short notice, and given a very specific list of specialized equipment that I had to add to my packing list. The customer service representative at Supply Cache worked some magic and got me everything I needed, and it was on my doorstep in 48 hours. I was very impressed!
