My order was delivered quickly... except that USPS chose to leave a tag rather than follow instructions. Customer Service was friendly and helpful. The True North accessory bag I ordered is exactly what was needed as an add-on to my chainsaw pack. Nice not to have to improvise extra carrying capacity. Thanks!
