In August 2024, I was charged for a monthly crate. I had not been a customer in 2 years, so obviously this was a computer glitch on their end. Since August I have received no refund and no crate
. They have promised a refund and not delivered. They could easily make this right by simply sending me a box. (I mean, I have already paid for merchandise I have not received.) If you decide to use this company beware.
