At first, I was very happy with Teacher’s Crate — the boxes were fun and worth it. Unfortunately, over the past year, the experience has gone downhill. They have continued charging my debit card while not sending any boxes. I’ve tried many times to cancel my subscription through their website, but the site freezes every time and won’t let me complete the cancellation. I’ve also emailed them multiple times asking to cancel, but the charges keep coming. Because of this, I’ve had to replace my debit card twice just to stop the charges. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I can no longer recommend Teacher’s Crate.
