Like many others, for years they did great. I renewed my subscription in August and I have yet to get a shipment, but for both September and October, I got notice of the order, but no shipment. I have emailed several times asking for updates as well as contacting them on Facebook...no reply whatsoever. I paid for a year subscription, and I am going to find a way to get my payment back.
