I was really pleased with the advice I received. I went to the shop with purchase of a piece of equipment in mind but the assistant discussed it with me and recommended a different approach which is simpler and less expensive. I’m impressed that good advice for customers seems to be their first priority. I don’t get this quality of service elsewhere.
