“Purchased a Neo 3 recently. Called up on the Monday and asked if it could be sent express etc. Spoke to Jacob, he was professional, answered all my questions and was great to deal with. Tuesday the Nero 3 arrived. Awesome service!! Thank you”

“Lovely staff and reasonable prices. The man that served us was really polite and i love how excited he was to talk about his pet shark and setting up a new pond for him. The staff really do love fish and simplify things for beginners. The new tank and cabinet are great. Thank you.”
