“Overall a good experience with tech den. As someone with now two marine tanks, I did have a list when I was walking in, so I didn’t require a lot of one on one help with items. However, the staff I dealt with were really good and knew what they were talking about. They helped me find the exact substrate, cabinet, and water treatments I needed to start cycling my new nano reef”

“Again i was met with a warm welcome and a warm smile. I wasn't in the shop for long and found everything i needed quickly and efficiently. After a brief conversation the cashier looked at me With eyes that smiled and showed their appreciation. I really enjoy the shopping experience at The Tech Den.”

“happy with service ordered in special product and got it through post in good order. Sales kept me in loop as to its expected arrival. Only thing I would suggest is to send products direct to customer if already paid for to speed up delivery time”
