“happy with service ordered in special product and got it through post in good order. Sales kept me in loop as to its expected arrival. Only thing I would suggest is to send products direct to customer if already paid for to speed up delivery time”

“The lady that served us seem to have no care of been there, she didn’t want to help us all that much .. scanned our product twice and wasn’t very fazed I think that the customer service side of things has fallen no bubbly vibe. I have been coming to the tech den since they opened. Maybe she was having a bad day. I will always shop there .. just feel the atmosphere has changed with staff”

“The product - Acqua One Focus light is advertised as able to be utilised directly into an Acqua One back filter or with the included bracket but cannot be utilised with the back filter as the included bracket is glued to the light.”
