drove a 100km to get there not much in line offish stock shelves pretty empty but liked the lay out looks too be more marine will keep shoping there probaly just low on stock

For the most part they’re great. Have now had a bad experience being given the wrong substrate when I asked which one was in a display tank. That substrate killed two $60 fish in the span of 24hrs. I had purchased the correct substrate while the second fish was in a small, hospital tank barely hanging on for life but unfortunately that fish passed too. It was a waste in $50 of substrate that killed $120 worth of fish and I’ll be returning the unopened substrate. I’m giving up on fish for a while. I’m too heartbroken over the fish I have lost. Bit disappointing.

PRODUCTS ARE ALWAYS AS EXPECTED. THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM WORKS WELL. THE ONLY ISSUE IS THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET DELIVERED. I WOULD LIKE IT QUICKET

Really was not very impressed by the service when I was last there. One person walked around the floor, helped one person then walked away while several other people in same area waited for fish to be caught for them. He really didn't seem at all interested in his job at all. Very poor....

Average stock control, not willing to listen to suggestions for new stock - eg Nature Soil from Japan. Too late now, other stockists containers on the water. Bioscape tanks also oos for many months now.

I have been a customer for some time and when my Fluval 407 suddenly developed a leak I contacted the Tech Den for assistance, turns out that I was 3 days outside the 3 year warranty period and no leeway was given by the supplier or Tech Den even when I clearly stated the problems with the filter and that it was clearly (in my view) not wear and tear, I purchased a new O ring as suggested and this made no difference to the leak at all

Not happy, the young girl with the tatoos was so aggressive and fast getting the fish out of the tank when we got home the fish were almost dead from stress and two of the fish wernt even the fish we chose. Same thing happend a few weeks ago when we got her and that evening one of the fish died. She needs to be taught how to get fish out of a tank without stressing them out. Very rude like she didn't want to be there. I have brought a lot of fish and equipment there in the past. And now will only talk to the awesome guy that has been so helpful in the past that now works in the office working on your website taking pictures of the fish. He is so helpful with great information. I will still be comming there but going to be picky on who I talk to. If it wasn't for her and another young guy that only likes salt water fish i would give a 5 star rating.

I would have given 5 stars but if you go there on the weekends they don't have enough staff. I have waited over half an hour to be served and end up leaving

Fast order processing and delivery. Good online process to find & select items for purchase. On this aspect of the service, 5 stars. Overall rating is only 3 stars because there is no guest processing - system forces you to create an account & password before purchasing can be completed. Yet another business we have to unnecessarily rely on for absolute account security, when their professional expertise lies elsewhere.
