“Bought 4 Guppies last weekend and 6 Neon Tetras. All the Guppies have since died. The existing ones are still alive. This happened a few months ago, I bought a couple of female Guppies and with in 2 weeks lost my whole tank. Had the water tested at the Tech Den, nothing showed up. I've bought Guppies elsewhere in between these two visits abs they've survived and doing well. Fair to say I won't be buying Guppies or anything in the near future from the Tech Den.”

“One of the bottles order arrived cracked with its contents leaked into the plastic bag. There was no damage evident on the cardboard packaging.”

“Only a small part of my order has arrived. Lots missing with no updates from courier. I've not had any feedback on status from yourselves either. It was a pretty decent size order so I'm quite disappointed with how this has gone”

“Arrived on time. Unit purchased is not functioning / faulty contacted Tech Den was told to contact there distributor Aqua Blue Distribution, which I did the. Was asked to email them the issue still have had no reply.”

“The service is disappointing. Some of the younger staff seem rather arrogant. While the store is big and has a good selection of stock, they are lacking in live plants. Based on the conduct of the staff, I won't be going back”

“I don't understand why they can't turn the lights on in there shop, it is hard to view products, I have thought about bring a torch as a joke,I had to take a product over to fish tank light just to read it, I did not but fish in my last visit as it was to hard to get served in there tiny narrow fish isle”

“Service from you was fine. Your delivery times are pathetic. I know you will say it’s Australia paid and that it’s Covid… we as customers are sick of hearing that bad service is because of Covid. 17 days and still not here !!! Horrible and looks like I’ll have to buy local from now on.”
