The sea salt packaging looks very old. Even the inside plastic bag was broken, leaking salt. In this rainy weather, broken packaging makes the salt damp, I am actually not sure whether it can be used.

Recently we purchased a range of salt water fish exceeding $500 worth of value. Not for the first time, again we have experienced a devastating outcome, loosing the entire colony, within 5 days of bringing them home, to White Spot. Unfortunately, this was also the case for our first batch, which you kindly replaced. On this occasion, it was evident within the moment they were transferred into the tank under good lighting that one of the fish was carrying the White Spot disease. Our current satisfaction is very low, and would like to have a response in how we could be compensated for purchasing diseased stock. Water quality is perfect and has been proven in store. I still have starfish and live coral in the tank. I have photos which prove the timeline of what happened and I'm happy to send them through to you. Hope to hear back from you promptly.

After the heater broke in my shrimp tank, I purchased an excellent brand I always use from tech den. It went from Caboolture to Brisbane to Sunshine West Victoria, back to Brisbane then to the Sunshine Coast for delivery. Friday to Wednesday from a store 45min away. In the meantime I had to spend $50 on another heater/brand from Petbarn as the tank went from 23 degrees to 18 degrees over night. Fastway/Aramax delivery used to be offered as an alternative delivery service to Australia post, but not now. This would be a more reliable delivery option for your customers.

Probably not going back, bought a $70 fish which died, next visit they have their tanks blocked from view for "treatment" meaning they have sick fish. When asked about a refund I was told no. Will be spending my money somewhere more ethical from now on.

Having a terrible time just trying to return a faulty filter for a refund. It's taken 2 weeks and Ive had to buy another filter from elsewhere. Poor communication from Tech Den, refusing to provide refund. Now they want to return it to me after a repair. Probably wont shop here again

Tech Den sold me 2 faulty air pumps and when I asked for a replacement or refund they refused and blamed it on the diaphragm which they said was not covered by warranty. I told them these have been sitting in storage for so long the diaphragm has literally aged in storage. Either way, they refuse to deal with me so I have now refused to buy anything from them ever again. Easy.

My wife and I wanted to start our first fishtank and relied on your staff to guide us through the process and choosing the righ equipment and fish. We have spent 2 occasions speaking to staff and making sure we go it right. However when purchasing drift wood on our first visit not one staff tood us about the issues with tannins. We did research finding our ourselves using Macropore whi h may help to clean and the tNk water. Your staff told us that this produce will work and is trail and error. Aftrt using and refilling for a week the tannins were still in our tank and it look horrible. We have had a nightmare and having to clean out the entire tank taking 4 hours. Why weren't staff telling customer who did advise they are new to aquariums and keeping fish not told about this from the start. We are certainly not impressed and wasting more money to try and clean the tannins and also slimy filth from the drift wood which in the end we had to throw out new drift wood purchased from your store. Not a happy customer.
