My wife and I wanted to start our first fishtank and relied on your staff to guide us through the process and choosing the righ equipment and fish. We have spent 2 occasions speaking to staff and making sure we go it right. However when purchasing drift wood on our first visit not one staff tood us about the issues with tannins. We did research finding our ourselves using Macropore whi h may help to clean and the tNk water. Your staff told us that this produce will work and is trail and error. Aftrt using and refilling for a week the tannins were still in our tank and it look horrible. We have had a nightmare and having to clean out the entire tank taking 4 hours. Why weren't staff telling customer who did advise they are new to aquariums and keeping fish not told about this from the start. We are certainly not impressed and wasting more money to try and clean the tannins and also slimy filth from the drift wood which in the end we had to throw out new drift wood purchased from your store. Not a happy customer.

DISMAL SERVICE WITH A FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, 2 IGNORED EMAILS,A WHOLE BUNCH OF EXCUSES BEFORE OWNING THEIR ERROR WAY TO LATE.

I understand you are in the middle of a move but I fail to see why you still can't carry stock, OK I see that it is more to move but with respect that is your problem not mine. I am being penalised and at this point I think I will continue go elsewhere as you probably don't have stock.

Whilst I have been very happy so far with every purchase, the last was not up to the usual standard: Aqua Pic acid buffer was hard as rock and should be like loose granulates! To measure properly completely unsuitable!! Would hope I can return it…or exchange! Regards, Edmund KRONAWETTER 0493 099 719

Product differs from description/picture. VCA RFG was meant to fit onto Red Sea tanks under 3 foot. The item received has the wrong connection which is different to the one pictured on website. Email sent to customer service with no reply. Now I have wasted $30 on an item I can't use!

It still has not turned up!!!! It was purchased on 20/4/2022. I know you probably can't do anything about Australia Post, but we find couriers faster and cheaper.

Not impressed. Bought a Trident without realising I needed a $1700 Apex unit as well. Unfortunately for me, I unboxed the Trident and set it up (including opening the reagent bottles) before I found out I needed an Apex unit. I rang the Tech Den and spoke to someone who said no, I didn't need an Apex to run the new Trident. After Googling, I found out I did need an Apex so rang the same person back to see about about a refund. She couldn't help me because I had opened the box and reagent bottles, but said I would receive a call from one of her managers shortly to see if we could resolve the issue. I am still waiting for that call.
