Whilst I have been very happy so far with every purchase, the last was not up to the usual standard: Aqua Pic acid buffer was hard as rock and should be like loose granulates! Product differs from description/picture. VCA RFG was meant to fit onto Red Sea tanks under 3 foot. The item received has the wrong connection which is different to the one pictured on website. Email sent to customer service with no reply. Now I have wasted $30 on an item I can't use!

It still has not turned up!!!! It was purchased on 20/4/2022. I know you probably can't do anything about Australia Post, but we find couriers faster and cheaper.

Not impressed. Bought a Trident without realising I needed a $1700 Apex unit as well. Unfortunately for me, I unboxed the Trident and set it up (including opening the reagent bottles) before I found out I needed an Apex unit. I rang the Tech Den and spoke to someone who said no, I didn't need an Apex to run the new Trident. After Googling, I found out I did need an Apex so rang the same person back to see about about a refund. She couldn't help me because I had opened the box and reagent bottles, but said I would receive a call from one of her managers shortly to see if we could resolve the issue. I am still waiting for that call.
