The items arrived promptly, but one of the purchased items had been squeezed in so tightly inside the box that it had shattered into pieces upon arrival. Given the product longevity depends on avoiding fragmentation and excessive friction, it was disappointing to receive it in such manner.

Their over the phone service was OK however the goods ordered were slow to be sent, and still have not arrived after after 8 days from sending.

you used to have a large variety of saltwater tank mates, now you have a very small selection in the back corner. Prefer you to go back to more saltwater, tropical fish can be purchased everywhere on sunshine coast, but I have to travel to you or Morayfield to get saltwater selection or even south Brisbane. not worth the drive to tech den, with only limited selection available and no way of knowing what is there until i get there

the change in customer service and lack of knowledge of the new staff has been very noticeable over the last year or so

I know it’s not your guys fault, you normally ship within a day of ordering, but the time it takes to receive stuff here in Adelaide from Aus Post is just frustrating and really makes me consider whether it’s worth purchasing on line or just paying slightly extra from a local fish store. Aus post can claim COVID related delays but that doesn’t explain them sending stuff from you guys in QLD, via Perth in one instance & nearly all the time through Sydney or Melbourne where it gets stuck - rather than directly to Adelaide. Thought you should be aware because even though it’s not your fault - it can affect your business
