I have a couple of issues I would like to bring to your attention: 1. Whenever I have been to your aquarium, there has never been enough staff on hand, but I must say those with whom I have dealt have always been very helpful and knowledgeable, but you really do need to take the pressure off them, by having more available and the experience for clients is then more pleasurable and more likely to lead to clients buying more. Otherwise, if there is anything one may need that is aquarium-related, then I'm sure you have it. 2. A bit more signage as to where stock is located would also be helpful.

Hi. I ordered the sea chem prime with slime coat added and I only received the the prime.. if I ordered the normal one I would have got the 1000ml as it was cheaper. The order does say with slime coat, I also rang to confirm the order. My contact is 0419900509

Service was good and pricing OK. Cost for delivery was very high and not at all commensurate with the items purchased.

Was a hassle to get a replacement air pump, also made worse that there were no replacement diaphragms now for 5 months (not Techdens issue)

No happy with Red Sea rdo unit , only works in salt water aquarium Nothing on your website or on box to worn you of this Rang you guys for help and I was told to take it up with Red Sea themselves Not happy Tech Den

Good stock great variety of items needed for an aquarium setup but saying that service has a bit to be desired as some staff help you while others don't even look sideways at you for fear of having to help

Fish variety is poor, a lot of the fish foods I use are out of stock, and the same aquaone twin air pump was out old stock yet again.

I would love to write a review on the light I purchased but unfortunately it's been over a week since I made my purchase on the 6th and still haven't received anything. I live in Redbank Plains Ipswich. I don't understand why it is taking so long to receive my purchase but when I finally do I would love to leave a better review.

Ordinarily you guys are great, and I understand that with your big move these are extenuating circumstances, however I ordered two tissue cultures ( hair grass ), one was fine, the other however was virtually dead and could not be used, in my opinion it shouldn’t of been sent out… As I stated earlier you guys are normally so reliable, and I will continue to deal with The Tech Den Kind Regards Neil Hall

PLEASE stop using Aramex/Fastway. Parcel lost in transit. Even within the same region, they managed to have it lost in transit - no update in tracker after pickup.

I was a not happy having to send ID confirmation even though I am a past customer. The shipment was sent signature only aven though I have arranged with Aus Post to leave if not home. As I have a disability I struggle to get to the PO to collect. It should be my choice if I want it left at the door! Not sure if I'd purchase from them again!

I really wanted to get a couple more Angel Fish for my 4' tank,& has my eyes on some medium sized ones. The sales person made me feel like I shouldn't, after I told her I have a 4ft tank, so I ended up not getting them (only the smaller ones I'd already chosen). It did annoy me a bit. She was unaware I have a 2nd tank ready to set up, & I intended eventually moving some of my fish across to it once the bio cycle is suitable.
