“Good to deal with but for some reason when items are sent it requires a signature upon delivery which always costs me time running to the post office when I’m not home .”

“Great place for pretty most aquarium supplies with very helpful staff and I've always had reliable delivery when ordered online. I have found Tech den limited on some more specialised items like botanicals and plants but overall If it wasn't for distance I would happily shop here more often. The only criticism I would have is the inability to reserve live fish online or at least ring and confirm stock on weekends. It is a fair drive from Brisbane on a Saturday and the website may say there is 6 of an item in stock, but there is no way of confirming that or reservng the item. You just have to take the risk that spending the time and petrol to get there is worth it..”

“Good products and service, however requiring signature on delivery is a nuisance. I had to pick my parcel up from the post office since I am not home. Allowing to leave in a safe place like most sellers would be better.”

“This review would have gotten 5 stars except for the Tech Den requesting the Aus Post delivery be signed for. That is very inconvenient for me. Leave the package, or I will look elsewhere for a supplier who will”

“Ordering from The Tech Den has been easy! Every time I’ve ordered, I’ve found what I wanted, popped it in the cart and payment has gone through without any issues. Package has arrived within a few days each time in good condition and best part..I get exactly what I need and ordered without any hassles or holdups. Oh and I also get a little pack of mentos in the package which is always a happy yummi bonus I’ll keep ordering simple because Tech Den makes it a breeze Thanks guys 😁”
