“Good selection of fish,and great service”

“I received this order but I thought the stainless steel blades was going to be the pack of 3 stainless steel blades as per the item description in the below image. What I received instead was only one blade and plastic casing. I’m not happy that I did not receive what I expected. Please advise how you will resolve this, as one blade is not enough for my needs. “I’ve had good experiences in the past but this one was not so good. The part doesn’t fit my filter even though the tech den website said it would. I’ve emailed twice asking for a postage label to return and still no response after a week.”

“This is not my first purchase but a few. I bought nit only terrariums but also other Eheim items. All were delivered securely packed and good condition. This latest item bought ( Seachem flourish ) is no different. Definitely will be buying from you again. Thank you.”
