The shop is great. However since the reward club was taken online I simply do not get any discounts. You have tried to reset my account but still nothing. In the last four weeks I made two purchases and asked the staff if we still get discount, which they assured me. I paid and later at home realised nothing was discounted. The staff new I asked and they did not even notice it on the sale and did not mention it. If you want me to be overjoyed and shouting from the roof tops you need to fix this issue.
