I did my own research for a unresolved issue while having my tank serviced privately without satisfactory results, I've spent several thousand dollars. Out of frustration I spoke with a gentleman at The Tech Den on Sunday May 26th regarding the situation and what I assumed that the issue could be, the gentleman discussed the details, agreed with my assumption and provided the product with very strict instructions. Well it's been exactly 1 week today and the difference in my tank is more that just astonishing, I still have more treatments to complete but with this gentlemans help I feel my tank is back on track. All I can say is that I should have stuck with this store rather than going privately to have the tank maintained.
