The guy was glad to answer all questions and was even opening products to check if my information was correct, he did so as he said well you never know the second might ask the same question and now I will instantly know the answer. I was impressed the salesman even mentioned the fact that filter company flow rates as tested on empty filters with no head height that will reduce the flow of the filter. Not sure much more you could want from a company.
